Double Skin Air Handling Units

Airtech's Double Skin Air Handling Units are one of the most versatile and premium products in HVAC. Now, Air Handling Units play an important role in overall performance of HVAC system. In view of all theoretical & practical problems, Airtech has developed double skin units suitable for multiple applications. Self-supporting extruded aluminum framework with injected PUF insulated panels provides strength & rigidity. Pre-coated / Powder-coatedAirtech AH Us are attractive & unique.
Multifunctional AHU adopts advanced modular structure, its particular design for inner frame and insulation panel enables the lowest energy wastage and best prevention of dewing. It is largely used for industrial air conditioning system, like electronics, instrument, mechanics, metallurgy, chemicals, textile, pharmacy, foods, tobacco, transportation facility, energy stations etc., can also be used for comfortable air conditioning system in huge buildings, like hotel, restaurant, theatre, shopping mall, gymnasium. This series product can handle air flows from 3000 CMH to 200000 CMH, and several sections are available for selection. |

Frame:
The unit adopts high strength composited aluminum alloy frame , the insulation materials are used between the frames to prevent cold bridge. These sections are known as Thermal Break Sections. |

Panel:
Double skin structure, inner and outer panel are all factory painted steel , with sandwiched insulation materials PU foam. This structure ensures the best performance on insulation, strength, rigidity, cleanness and sound isolation with no condensing water on the outer panel. Airtight materials are used at connections between frame and panel to prevent air leakage and efficiency lost. Panels can be galvanized steel, stainless steel or other materials according to different application. |

Insulation Plate :
All panels' insulation plate are PU foam. Its density is 40-48kg/m³, the thickness can be 25mm/ 50mm/ 65mm |

Access Door :
The access door is of specially made structure, can prevent dewing. The door knob can press the door tight . The positive pressure part of access door is inside opened, and the negative pressure part is outside opened, which ensures the low leakage of the unit. |

Fresh/return/exhaust air mixing section :
We use bisect damper (can be manual or automatic according to actual requirement), with little pressure drop and easy maintenance. |
Ahu With Inbuil.T. Dehumidifier

Airtech’s AHU with inbuilt Dehumidifier comprises of desiccant rotor, process blower motor, reactivation blower motor, reactivation heaters, steam coil, gear reduction unit, filters, compact electrical panel with control circuit, etc.
These units are custom made as per the clients requirement. |

Single Skin Air Handling Units
Airtech’s Single Skin Air Handling Units adopts quality fan and motor which have been statically and dynamically balanced, equipped with floating isolator for vibration. These enable this series AHU with low level noise, strong air flow, high efficiency, reliable performance and easy installation.
The casing adopts single skin structure of 1.2mm galvanized steel, can be other structure, material or with coated colour according to customer's requirement.
Large Volume Fan Coil Units
Airtech’s Large volume fan coil unit can handle air flow from 2500 to 6000 CMH. Small cubage, light weight, easy installation, stable performance, large air flow and low noise are its main features. It is terminal device for central air conditioner, usually used in horizontal hidden space of hotel, shopping mall, office building, hospital and corridor. Its power, air flow, cooling capacity and functions is in intervenient range of standard fan coil unit and air handling unit. It is the good choice of some application which doesn’t require high external static pressure, with good cost performance and return air box for option.
Air Cooled Condensing Units
Double Skin Air Handling Units are hooked up with outdoor DX condensing units by using interconnecting copper piping and various valves to control the flow of refrigerant gas.
DX units are available in various tonnage ranging from 1.5 TR to 34 TR in different combinations.

The filter media is glass micro fiber filter paper folded around corrugated aluminium / PVC separators potted on the sides with the help of special self leveling epoxy compound, preventing by pass of air between filter pack and the sturdy frame. A closed cell sponge rubber on both the face provides a positive a positive ceiling on installation whether In-terminal or plenum frames. |
